The main fabrication facility of MIS Arabia is spread over a land area of 88,000 sq. mtrs. with two covered fabrication shops of 6,000 sq. mtrs. and 4,000 sq. mtrs. each n the industrial city of Jubail, KSA. Our fabrication shops consist of seven overhead cranes of varying capacities (10, 15 & 30 MT) to handle the various heavy components.

Apart from the main facility we have a module yard at the port giving us the extra land and the flexibility to manufacture large components at the port and load directly onto the ship/barge, thereby reducing the cycle time and the cost related to transportation, making us more efficient and competitive.

A few other manufacturing resources that make us the preferred fabricator in the region are listed below.

• In house rolling machine with a capacity to cold roll thicknesses up to 130 mm. Apart from this we have two more smaller rolling machines to allow parallel working on smaller thicknesses.
• Two Gas-fired heat treatment furnaces (8 x 9 x 24 mtrs and 6 x 6 x 12 mtrs) apart from a modular custom built furnace that can be flexibly resized as per the dimensions of the equipment.
• CNC cutting / drilling machines.
• CNC vertical Lathe machines.
• Edge Planner for clad removal and J-groove preparation.
• Dish end pressing and dish end spinning machines.
• Nozzle weld/overlay machining.
• High tonnage rotators as well as positioners.
