- To submit proposals/bids with a competitive rate by reviewing and meeting customers’ requirements in order to capture a larger market share.
- To ensure customers’ requirements for design and special service requirements are accurately and adequately translated into engineering deliverables.
- Expeditious receiving of materials to meet the project schedules.
- To always achieve overall manpower efficiency and productivity levels of 0.85 or greater.
- To minimize the number of external NCRs on any project and limit to maximum level of 2 per month.
- To always manufacture all jobs within the customers’ defined tolerances.
- To attain less than 1% weld repair rate for all the welding activities.
- Customer satisfaction always for quality product delivered on schedule and within budget.
