We are pleased to introduce Maritime Industrial Services Arabia Co. Ltd (MIS.Arabia) as a joint venture company between Al-Yusr Townsend & Bottum Co. Ltd. (AYTB), Shoaibi Contracting Est. (Shoaibi Group) and Maritime Industrial Services Company Inc. (MIS) outside UAE. MIS in particular being one of the leading manufactures and contracting companies in the Gulf provides MIS Arabia with all the necessary technical supports whenever required. Similarly, the same scenario applies to the other shareholders.

MIS-Arabia reopened in 2001 the fabrication facilities of Austrian Energy Arabia (AEA) in Jubail Industrial City in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. MIS-Arabia is occupying a total land area of 85,000m2 with covered fabrication shop of 4,000 m2. The fabrication shop holds five overhead cranes of various capacities (10 tons, 30 tons). It also holds various equipment required for the pressure vessels manufacturing including the dished end forming machines. Furthermore, our facilities contain stress-relieving furnace of 3m x 3m x 12m. MIS-Arabia is in the process of doubling the area of its fabrication shop and introducing a new furnace of 6m x 7m x 18m.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has authorized our MIS-Arabia shop for the use of “U”, ”U2”, ”PP” and “S” code symbol stamps. Further, The National Board has certified MIS-Arabia to apply their “NB” land “R” marks to register boilers, pressure vessels, or other pressure rating items with National Board in accordance with its provisions. Furthermore, MIS-Arabia is conforming to the quality system standard ISO 9001 and its is certified and periodically audited by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).

MIS-Arabia is currently an approved contractor and supplier to local companies like Saudi Aramco, SABIC Industries, Saudi Consolidated Electric Co. (SCECO), Khafji Joint Operatins (KJO) etc. and international contractors like Bechtel, Linde, Amec, McDermott, Technip etc. for various products and services like:
